The perfect bedroom should have the right balance of yin and yang energy which means it should not be too dark nor too bright. A bedroom with too many angles and corners, ceiling beams, or a sloping ceiling may make you feel nervous, anxious and contribute to sleeping problems in addition to health and financial issues. When possible, this type of rooms should not be used as a bedroom, especially for an elderly person or someone with health issues. If relocating the bedroom is not an option, adjust the position of the bed.
