During the course of an on-site consultation, we use a Luo Pan, traditionally designed Chinese Feng Shui compass, to analyze your property. We determine the building’s facing direction, its sitting and orientation within local geography and architecture. Next, we analyze the exterior and interior of your home or building. We check for special formations and examine the building structure and its layout using special charts and formulas to “read” the character of your floor plan. We determine the positive and negative aspects of personality, health, wealth, and relationships of the people living or working in that same space. We help you ascertain your strengths and weaknesses to allow you to control them better and use them to your benefit. We offer remedies to enhance the qi (chi) in needed sectors of your environment.
Residential Feng Shui ConsultationsOur Clients: One World Feng Shui services are advised in any home, during any new home construction, prior to renovations (such as the addition of a home office, a kitchen renovation) so as to to bring balance and harmony to your life.
Process: After we receive your inquiry and basic information, we provide an on-site visit during which we collect data and photographs if necessary. Then, a detailed analysis will be presented and explained to you. Lastly, a few months after completion of the recommended changes, One World Feng Shui will contact you for an evaluation of the situation. At the outset, we will need a floor plan to scale, the year of your home’s construction, the year you moved in, your date of birth, and the date of birth of any other of the home’s occupants.
Commercial & Corporate Feng Shui ConsultationsOur Clients: One World Feng Shui services are advised to any office and business, for construction, expansion, renovation, launching or to bring prosperity to your commercial endeavor.
Process: After we receive your inquiry and basic information, we provide an on-site visit during which we collect data and photographs if necessary. Then, a detailed analysis will be presented and explained to you. Lastly, a few months after completion of the recommended changes, One World Feng Shui will contact you for an evaluation of the situation. At the outset, we will need a floor plan to scale; the year of the building’s construction; the year you moved in; your date of birth; and the dates of birth of any business partners, critical managerial staff, and/or key employees.
Our Clients: Online long-distance Feng Shui consultations are available. It is recommended for someone who wishes to enhance the course of their personal and professional life by increasing their wealth, remedying specific or general health, and enhancing their relationships.
Process: For an online long-distance consultation, we will need your date of birth and gender, a floor plan of the premises to scale, the year it was built, the year you moved into the building, and a smart phone compass reading. After we receive the information, we verify the compass reading on Google Earth and may need pictures to confirm some data before providing a detailed analysis. Then, a few months after completion of the recommended changes, One World Feng Shui will contact you for an evaluation of the situation.
Consultation fees vary depending on the size of your home or office, the amount of people living or working there, and the scope of the work.

For clients outside of the greater Los Angeles area arrangements can be made. Consideration will be required with regards to advanced registration as well as travel, lodging, and other additional expenses, which shall be paid by client in advance, in addition to the analysis fee.
A flat day rate for out of town projects can also be discussed.
The first half of the consultant’s quoted fees is to be paid upon acceptance of your project by One World Feng Shui and the other half at the beginning of the first visit. No exceptions.

We recognize that cancellation or rescheduling can be necessary. In that event, as an accommodation to our clients, we only require 48-hour notice for a consultation in the greater Los Angeles area, otherwise the invoice is to be paid in full.
For outside the greater Los Angeles area, more than 48-hour notice is required and shall be determined at the time of initial scheduling.
