The holidays are a special time of the year with joy, gratitude, and abundance but they can also make us feel overwhelmed and bring a lot of stress.
It doesn’t have to be this way!
FIRST and foremost, make sure you sleep to one of Your Best Directions based on your Gua Number and that your desk is facing your Sheng Chi or your Tien Yi.
THEN, apply as many of the following habits to make your holiday life more enjoyable and harmonious:
1 – No time to buy a GIFT for everybody on your list? Make a donation to Your Favorite Organization(s) to protect the environment, help children, animals, elderly, medical research, arts or any other charity close to your heart.
2 – Impossible to avoid TREATS, they are everywhere. So, be mindful and enjoy, one at a time, and drink a lot of water.
3 – Stick to your EXERCISE schedule, you’ll feel better mentally and physically. In addition, it will help keep the extra weight away. No time to go to the gym, a brisk walk with a co-worker, a family member or by yourself will do.
4 – MEDITATE. 30 minutes before starting your day can help you stay connected and focused but even 5 little minutes can make a big difference.
5 – BREATHE deeply throughout the day, as soon as you start feeling tense or overwhelmed. Inhale deeply. Exhale deeply. Repeat 3 times or more as needed.
6 – BE KIND to yourself. Reflect on what you have accomplished this year and praise yourself.
This is a time to remember your core values, be gentle and gracious to each other, create joy, laughter and fun in all aspects of your life.
Wishing you a Joyous Holiday Season and a Healthy, Peaceful,
and very Successful New Year!
